Shipping terms and conditions

Once a parcel has been handed over to the couriers, they are responsible for your package. While we take utmost care to ensure that your parcel or order is finished as soon as possible and packed neatly, we cannot guarantee that a package will never be late or undamaged. If you require  shipping insurance on your package, please contact us to make arrangements.

If your package is late, please contact the shipping company in question and provide them with your waybill or tracking number. We will try our best to assist where possible.
